Terms of Service
Welcome to Jouvence (Downtown Toronto, North York and Markham Location). We are dedicated to providing professional and safe aesthetic services while respecting your privacy. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
We offer advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
Professional facial treatments
Laser-based skin services
Cosmetic injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.)
All treatments are performed by qualified practitioners in compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical care.
Results may vary between clients.
Please disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and skin conditions before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in and preparation.
CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require over 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Over 48 hours Notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours notice: A 50% treatment fee will be charged. If a deposit has been paid, it will be retained and is non-refundable.
No shows/ less than 24 hours notice: The full treatment fee (100%) will be charged
Members and clients enrolled in an Unlimited Package plan may be subject to a separate cancellation policy and fee structure. Please contact us directly for details.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice may result in a forfeited appointment and require rescheduling.
TREATMENT REFUNDS
Treatment Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the clinic manager or treating practitioner.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be confirmed by our team. We do not monitor voicemail, so requests left via voicemail will not be accepted. Any unconfirmed changes will be subject to our cancellation policy and applicable fees.
All cancellations are done in clinic, email, text or call.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Services: All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Products: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unopened/unused items with the original receipt.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be provided within 7 days if the product is unused, unopened, and accompanied by the receipt.
5. Age Policy
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide signed consent before treatment.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health and personal information.
Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Not use our services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Jouvence (all locations) is not responsible for:
Allergic reactions, side effects, or complications from treatments.
Dissatisfaction with subjective results (results vary per individual).
Any damages exceeding the cost of the service provided.
Changes to Terms of Service
Please note that fees and policies may be updated from time to time without notice. Updates will be posted here with the revised “Last Updated” date.
