• Memberships are valid at all Jouvence locations.
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Products may be refunded within 7 days with a receipt if unopened and unused.
• Annual plans renew automatically. Cancellation is permitted after the first 3 months, with 30 days’ written notice.
  • For example, if your first treatment is March 1, cancellation may take effect on July 1.
• For Monthly plans, we require 30 days on notice for cancellation
• Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy.
• Complimentary treatments and bonuses are subject to availability and applicable booking windows.

Late Cancellations and No Shows
Unlimited members in case of no shows or late cancellations, booking privileges will be paused and new appointments can only be scheduled after one (1) week waiting period. 

*Unlimited upper lip and underarm laser hair removal for Markham and North York locations only.
