Jouvence Membership Policy
- Includes complementary unlimited upper lip and underarm laser hair removal (Markham and North York location only)
- Advanced booking is required and subject to availability.
- A maximum of 1-2 treatment per day is permitted.
- During our busy days, facial treatments and laser hair removal cannot be booked on the same day.
- Multiple consecutive bookings on the same days (particularly Tuesdays and Fridays) are not permitted to ensure fair access for all members.
- Long-term bookings are not available; we recommend scheduling your next appointment after completing each visit.
- Memberships are valid at all Jouvence locations.
- Memberships are non-refundable. Products may be refunded within 7 days with a receipt if unopened and unused.
- Discounts apply to regular menu pricing only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Annual plans renew automatically. Cancellation is permitted after the first 3 months, with 30 days’ written notice.
For example, if your first treatment is March 1, cancellation may take effect on July 1. - For Monthly plans, we require 30 days on notice for cancellation
- Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy.
- Complimentary treatments and bonuses are subject to availability and applicable booking windows.
