• Advanced booking is required and subject to availability.
  • A maximum of ONE treatment per day is permitted and is non-transferable
  • Facial treatments and laser hair removal cannot be booked on the same day.
  • Consecutive bookings on the same days (particularly on our busy days) are not permitted to ensure fair access for all members.
  • Long-term bookings are not available; we recommend scheduling your next appointment after completing each visit.
• Memberships are valid at all Jouvence locations.
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Products purchases may be refunded within 7 days with a receipt if unopened and unused.
• All membership plans renew automatically. 
• Membership cancellation is permitted after the first 3 months, with 30 days’ written notice.
  • For example, if your first treatment is March 1, cancellation may take effect on July 1.
• Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy.
• Complimentary treatments and bonuses are subject to availability and applicable booking windows.
• From 5% up to 20% product discount on our retail products, Depending on your Membership Type. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

Late Cancellations and No Shows
Members in case of no shows or late cancellations, booking privileges will be paused and new appointments can only be scheduled after one (1) week waiting period.
