How GentleMax Pro™ Laser works for your specific needs
Pigmentation
The GentleMax Pro™ uses dual-wavelength laser technology to safely target and break down pigmentation like sunspots, freckles, and age spots. It clears excess melanin without harming surrounding skin, revealing a more even complexion with minimal downtime.
Sagging Skin
While best known for treating pigmentation, the GentleMax Pro™ can also help improve mild skin laxity. Its dual-wavelength lasers gently heat deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen production, leading to firmer, tighter skin over time. It’s a valuable option for addressing early signs of sagging, especially when combined with other collagen-boosting treatments.

Before & After Care
Before
Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including self-tanner) for at least 2 weeks before treatment.
Discontinue retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliants for 3–5 days prior.
Avoid waxing, threading, or chemical peels in the treatment area for 1–2 weeks before.
Keep the treatment area clean and free of makeup, lotions, or creams on the day of your appointment.
Shave the area 24 hours before treatment if instructed (for hair removal sessions).
Notify your provider of any medications, recent procedures, or skin conditions.
After
Apply a soothing, fragrance-free moisturizer and wear SPF 30+ daily.
Avoid sun exposure for at least 1–2 weeks post-treatment to prevent pigmentation changes.
Skip hot showers, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours to reduce irritation.
Do not pick, scrub, or exfoliate the treated area—let any flaking or crusting resolve naturally.
Avoid active skincare ingredients (retinoids, acids, vitamin C) for 3–5 days.
Keep the skin hydrated and protected while it heals.
